Just got it a week ago, so have not used all of the features yet. The control panel is simple and straight forward. This MW has good reviews on other web sites. I never used the sensor reheat button in my previous MW as it got food way too hot. With this new one the more or less setting should solve that problem.

This microwave worked well for the first 2 years we had it, but in it's 3rd year, it would randomly die after using, and then come back about an hour later. After 3 full years, it completely and utterly died. I loved the features (esp. the sensor re-heat, and pre-programmed cooking functions), but I'm completely not thrilled about having to replace the microwave after only 3 years. I will not buy another Panasonic.
